Returns
Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase with the return slip.
Orders may be returned for a different product of equal value or a refund to the original form of payment.
Returns and Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We can only refund the payment method or card originally used for payment.
For return requests, send us an email to info@jozactive.com or fill out the form on the contact page indicating the order number and the nature of the problem.
We may offer replacement or refund at our discretion if the products received meet the following conditions.
– The product is not of commercial quality.
– The product does not comply with the specifications of the online product.
– The product contains defects or faults.
– The product is not suitable as described on the page.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
– Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
– All items must be in new (unused) condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. If an item is received at our warehouse and is considered used, we will notify the customer by email and return the merchandise.
We are not required to issue a refund, credit or exchange if:
– The customer has changed their mind, no longer wants the products or simply does not like them.
– The customer has found the same or similar products elsewhere at a cheaper price.
– The price of the item purchased by the customer is adjusted online or in store and is now cheaper after the purchase date.
Once the customer has submitted a return request and we have evaluated it, an update will be provided. If an item can be replaced, our team will complete the return and ship the product to the Customer.
If the product needs to be refunded, we will process the refund to the payment method used. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed once we have received the merchandise.
If the product needs to be exchanged, the replacement item will be sent upon return of the original item. Tracking information will be sent via email once the product has been shipped.
The value of the refund will depend on the reason for the return. If the client has received:
– a damaged, defective or incorrect product, both the product and the shipping costs will be refunded.
– a product that the Customer no longer wishes to purchase; will not be refunded.
